- Responsible for Service Operations delivery Excellence.
- Heading Service Operations team Across North Zone.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction, Support Cost and Revenue
- Managing a team of More Than 50+ On Roll & Of Roll Across NZ.
- Adhere and Improve TAT & CSAT
- Focused approach AMC / Spare Sales.
- Manage Cost at all areas - Materials and Distribution
- Effective inventory control by deploying innovative methods
- Setting up and Revamping existing Processes for better efficiency
- Structured review of each functions to have a desired results.
- Partner Claims processing for Prompt service delivery
- Timely forecasting of materials and scheduled review with sourcing team to ensure no stock out situation.
- Reporting and MIS
