Main Tasks

- To manage and oversee the following tasks to ensure that tasks are completed as per guidelines.

- Planning and Steering of Equipment - DAP monitoring, acceptance and arrange empty evacuation - Gather equipment forecast from Sales and CSB - Update equipment forecast in FIS2 - Check / compare depot inventories and equipment requirements including pick up status - Deadheading and steering of stock feeding to deficit areas

- Ensure ED coordinator inserts manual equipment movements not received by EDI

- Insert Equipment movements and check / correct movements received by EDI

- Announcement / confirmation of export positioning depot and send release message to terminal/depot (communicated through traffic lights and EQ Dispatch rule to CSB Exports)

- Announcement / confirmation of import repositioning depot / Terminal and send acceptance to terminal/depot /local area office.

- Arrange stock feeding / deadheading request by creating - MT- (empty) bookings

- Communicate with M&R team regarding accessing repaired equipment for MAG / MSA locations

- Trace overdue equipment

- Error handling, trouble shooting and communication to responsible parties MAG/MSA

- Monitor On Hire and off hire / Sale activity at MAG / MSA.

- Assisting Sr. Manager in preparation of monthly MT accrual and MT trend / MPC feedback on S&D costs

- Focal point for all day to day equipment related issues for MAG, MSA offices.

- Prepare Iran weekly overdie report and share with RME EQ.

- Weekly KPI preparation and discussion with Management.

- Monthly ICCL report error clearance with agreed free time confirmation from CS / Sales.

- Keep monitor and share list of SOC units @ MSA and circulate with respective vendors.

- Monitoring idling empties with cost comparision and highlighting to RME EQ team for action.

Industry Knowledge :

- 5 years industry experience in Shipping ( Liner, Agency Division )

- Good knowledge of Operations required

- Familiar with Depot/CFS /In-land Transport operations including reefer containers

- Sharp focus on cost management

- Vendor management experience preferred Business Systems/IT

- Awareness of data quality importance

- Good knowledge of user application systems (FIS, MS Office, Word, Excel)

- Knowledge of user application systems (FIS, COMPASS (if applicable)

- Process knowledge & systems support optimization

- Ability to promptly process data and request under pressure

- Understanding of data quality benchmarking and management
