Manager - Six Sigma - Black Belt - Automobile Manufacturing (3-6 yrs)
Client: Our client is a leading Automobile manufacturing Indian company having operations across the globe.
Position Manager Six Sigma Black Belt
Location United Arab Emirates
Reporting Plant Head
Key Responsibilities: To Drive Lean Six Sigma (LSS) in plant. Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma activities in particular manufacturing location such as Training, project identifications, Support and facilitations to Green Belts to accomplish the projects as per TQM Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Job Responsibilities :
1. To drive and coordinate Lean Six Sigma Activities in Mfg. Plant.
2. To identify Lean Six Sigma Improvement opportunities based in LSS methodology.
3. To mentor Green belts (Executives) to complete their projects and help them to apply LSS tools in their projects.
4. To co-ordinate LSS reviews with Plant Head and Other Sponsors.
5. To monitor the Overall Lean Six Sigma program in plant and report it to management on a periodic basis.
6. To schedule and conduct LSS training in plant.
Desired Profile :
1. Engineering graduate in Mechanical/ Production Engg.
2. Certified Black Belt/ Black Belt trained with minimum 5 projects completed.
3. Candidate should be able to manage trainings independently.
4. 3-5 years of experience in automobile company.
