Manager - Six Sigma & Business Excellence - Food Manufacturing (20-30 yrs)
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead & drive Class A implementation in plant and promote Class A behaviour and sustainability.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects so as to improve quality, reduce cycle times, cost and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate Green Belt & Advocating Training and Kaizen on site.
- Teach Influence and Motivate staff to apply Lean Six Sigma tools as problem solving approach.
- Track and report project benefits; Create an open environment for learning and facilitate Business Excellence/Class A/ BCP training; Mentor Black Belts, Green Belts and Advocates for Lean Sigma projects.
- Establish Network with other Sites / Functions to exchange knowledge and good practice both internally and externally.
- Responsible for cultivating continuous improvement culture in Plant.
- Responsible for leading and supporting Excellence projects at site.
Experience & education :
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Enginnering
- Certified LeanSigma Master Black Belt
- Qualified Trainer for Lean Sigma
- Proven influencing and negotiating ability, Coaching and mentoring ability
- People and communication skills. Strong Change Management & Facilitation skills. Good Project Management skills.
- Over 20 years of related experience and over 10 years in Business excellence/ six sigma
