- Identify areas of improvements to create safe work environment.

- Conducting regular training programs various topics of Fire, Safety, First Aid, PPE for staff & workers for safe work practice & maintain skill and knowledge to perform their jobs.

- Follow Hazardous Wastes (Management, Handling & Tran boundary Movement) Rules, 2016 In Plant.

- Provide and ensure effective working of like Fire fighting, safety equipments, safety shower, Breathing apparatus, First aid boxes etc. And Periodical inspection and testing Fixed Fire Fighting installations & equipments.

- Identify Hazards and take preventive actions

Desired Candidate Profile :

Candidates should have at least 8 years experience in chemical industries in similar role.

The candidate selected should be having expertise hold over followings:

1. Compliance

2. Controlling & Monitoring of various statutory requirements & liabilities related to Safety, Health, Environment under Factory Act & Rules, Environments Protection Acts, & Rules (GPCB & CPCB), ISO etc.

Educational Requirements:

BSc / M.Sc. Chemistry or BE/B.Tech Chemical with PDIS (fulltime).

It is compulsory for the candidate to have completed POST DIPLOMA IN INDUSTRIAL SAFETY (PDIS) in FULLTIME mode.
