JD :

- Co-ordinate for all Sourcing Initiatives & PPV delivery tracking

- Co-ordinate for all VE Initiatives across

- Co-ordinate for other initiatives - Portfolio Optimization, Sustainability & OE with vendors

- Drive evaluation & implementation of Electronic Verification System

- Ensure Project Management as per Global Paper Pack Team requirement

- Co-ordinate with Global & Regional Buyers on various initiatives and progress

- Drive Supplier Rationalization Project

- Review opportunities for Sourcing & Process Synergies across South Asia

- Benchmark Performance at Regional Level

- Drive Low Cost Country Sourcing Opportunities from India for other regions

- Drive BRM at Regional Level

- Category & Contract Management for Paper Pack, PVC Sleeves, Paper Sacks, Metal Cans, Glass Bottles, Droppers & Misc Items

- Develop & communicate short & long term plans that are comprehensive, realistic & effective in order to support all sourcing group activities

- Management of Supplier Relationships for above categories

- Drive all Sourcing & VE Projects for above categories

- Drive Risk & Supply Management to ensure reliability of supplies

- Planning & supply management for NPIs/Promos/Relaunches

- Co-ordinate with all 3P Packing Sites for material & supply related interventions

- Support External Supply Team for 2P Packing Sites with material & supply related intervention
