Job Purpose :
We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations with our clients in the electrical industry . As the Store Manager, the person will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies, Ensure all the stores activity of the designated area is timely completed.
Accountability & Responsibility :
Ensure the receiving activity for the stores department is timely completed.
a) Implementation of FIFO
b) Control of ABC analysis.
c) Ensure incoming & issue material process is completed in a given time frame.
d) Monitor the bin cards are updated periodically.
e) Monitor Opening-Receiving-Dispatch-Closing (ORDC) process and whenever deviation, escalate it forward.
f) Periodic verification of the inventory i.e System v/s Physical.
g) Manage rejected material identified from both ends i.e supplier or in-house.
h) Coordinate with the purchase and accounts department for return of rejected material to supplier.
i) Monitor the storage of material is done at right location and in right environment.
j) Ensure sending, receiving & reconciliation of job work kits is done on time.
k) Manage and monitor the activities of subordinates.
l) Intimate the status of slow moving and non-moving materials to HOD.
m) Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
n) Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
o) Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
p) Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
q) Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
r) Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
s) Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
t) Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
u) Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
v) Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
