Manager - Supplier Quality - Auto (10-17 yrs)
Job Summary :
The position is responsible for handling the Supplier Quality for all New product development and reducing supplier rejection PPM.
Minimum Requirements :
Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/ Industrial)
Experience : >10 to 15 years

External Customers : OEM and export customers

Responsibility Areas :
- Reviewing and planning of activities for team members to achieve department targets
- Conducting Re-PPAP, Layout & Statistical Process Control (SPC),MSA
- DOL plan and execution.
- Conducting Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) of New Parts, Variant, ECN, VA/VE parts at Suppliers' end
- Problem Solving methodology
- Handling 4M changes at supplier end
- Planning of stage gate reviews, Involvement in TRA
- Process/Product /System audit plan/CQI audit, layout Plan and Execution
