- Handle Supply material inspection, issues containment and supplier corrective actions.

- Work on EPC's supplier to dramatically improve overall product quality. Drive improvements to their overall quality systems.

- Inspection of In-process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC) as per the Standards

- Perform in-process inspection process and document results. Initiate non- conformance where applicable.

- Ensure timely communication with relevant departments regarding technical issues found during in-process inspection or finished product audit.

- Monitor for trends in defects found during routine audit and escalate to Quality Head if an issue is reoccurring.

- Work with execution team to resolve quality issues related to supplied material..

- Preparation of the Project Supply Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans and Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements.

- Maintain a high performing supply base by constantly assessing risks, monitoring performance trends, measuring key performance indicators, corrective action response/effectiveness and performing supplier capability and quality management systems assessments

- Working with the EPC/supplier to create corrective action plans to address process failures.

- Regularly communicate with Engineering and Supply Chain internally to identify opportunities for quality and productivity improvement.

- Ensure awareness to design changes and its implementation.

- Participate in Quality meetings and present product quality issues.

- Perform or lead root cause analysis on product quality issues and work issue through containment phase of corrective action process.

- Communicate and instruct suppliers on the use of a corrective action process and quality tools & techniques.

- Leads development, implementation, maintenance, improvement of system(s) and processes that ensure the correct documentation / information / instructions (e.g. Quality system procedures, administration of Quality management systems, i.e. forms, logs, & records) are available for use and that changes are implemented in a timely manner.

- Archives documents/information to maintain history/traceability.
