Job Title : Associate - Supply Chain Manager

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Ahmedabad

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Ensure optimized inventory is managed in warehouse all the time

- Review supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws

- Select logistics partner to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution

- Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

- Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes

- Work closely with cross-functional teams within Smytten to grow partnerships by bringing in innovation in supply chain, operations, technology etc.

- Ideate and implement cost improvement projects.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Qualification :

- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) - Preferable

Experience :

- Previous experience in ecommerce/sale/marketing/business development in luxury, hospitality or FMCG industry would be a plus

Skills :

- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field

- Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Should be a self-starter, with - out of the box- and strategic thinking ability

- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player

- Should be able to juggle between multiple work streams and lots of ambiguity

- Deliver results with minimal supervision

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
