- Supply Chain Strategy and Planning
- Annual planning and budgeting and providing final approvals for entire supply chain and procurement team
- Ensuring that there is sufficient and skilled workforce within the function
- Ensuring that the team is adequately provided with tools and equipment necessary to carry out their tasks
- Development, monitoring, and benchmarking of key supply chain and procurement performance indicators, and using these indicators in operational decisions.
- Providing monthly activity and benchmarking reports to Business Head
- Responsible for creating savings within the entire enterprise supply chain and aggressively pursuing cost-saving opportunities with supplier channel partners
