Manager - Supply Chain - FMCG/Manufacturing (3-6 yrs)

Designation : Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities :
- Manage imports in South Asia - India, Pak, BD, Sri Lanka & Nepal
- Deliver best levels of service by optimizing the balance of inventory across the supply chain network in line with target customer service levels & safety stocks for the portfolio.
- Ensuring targeted service levels
- Material Management
- Responsible for placing orders upon Suppliers based on agreed lead time
- Planned replenishment across the customers
- Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs
- Review out of stock situations or potential supply shortage issues and recommend mitigating actions
- In-depth understanding of Demand Supply Reconciliation, Safety Stocks, Stock Norms, ABC categorization & ability to handle networks
- Need strong skills of data management, MS Excel, word, Power point
- Demonstrated ability to use ERP systems
Mandatory skills :
- MBA Graduation in supply chain operations preferred
- Deeper understanding of Supply Chain Processes
- Good understanding of EXIM Policy especially with respect to Import procedures
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Inter-personal Skills as the job involves engagement with multiple stakeholders
- High degree of influencing skills
