Manager - Supply Chain Management - Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)
- Monitor suppliers Supply Chain Performances with Supplier Leader at supplier level and animate the Supply Chain part of supplier Business Review
- Train / coach suppliers and upstream flow supervisors on improvement tools and skills : material management, production schedule (MPS, waiting queue)
- Conduct improvements projects with suppliers on critical business issues
- Support New Product Introduction activities at supplier level.
- Conduct Supplier Supply Chain Audits (SAM) upon Commodity request or upon quality action plans from plant request.
- Directly manage critical supplier issues escalated by plants (UFS) or Product Departments
- Communicate with other ODs SSCMEs (on a supplier by supplier basis) and with Corporate Purchasing for critical performance issues.
- Engineering with 10 - 12 yrs of experience in SCM. Preferably from manufacturing industries.
