Manager - Supply Chain & Procurement (8-10 yrs)

Few KRA:
- Heading procurement for Fresh Chilled & Frozen items like Vegetables, Meats, Dairy & Perishables across the country for all businesses.
- Will have to negotiate periodic contracts, provide future projections to mitigate risks and create opportunities. Work on substitutions and cost rationalization.
- Coordinate with vendor for delivery of material only in case of chronic disruptions
- Negotiate with vendor, invite quotation with vendor make comparison and negotiate
- Co-ordinate with Finance for Vendor reconciliation
- Vendor audit
- Coordination with quality for vendor audit
- Coordination with different teams like Quality, RA, Stores, Operations for Chronic stock receiving & other stock related activities
- Coordination with Finance and vendor for item code creation and vendor code creation
- Exploring market for alternate product/alternate vendor to bring savings
- Coordination with production for their requirement and arrange the material accordingly
