Manager - Supply Planning (4-8 yrs)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and schedule the Supply plan plan based on plant capacity and production specifications
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery
- Manage inventory at plants including stock availability, and ageing
- Manage product availability across all locations as per plan while minimizing expiries
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities & notify customers on any delays
- Coordinate with different sub-functions such as Material Procurement, Logistics, Production, Finance to ensure adherence to the plan
- Ensure business continuity by managing the supply disruptions and demand surges
- Work closely with Plant team to understand constraints/ bottlenecks or other issues of production & dispatches
- Maximize utilization of plant capacity
- Work closely with production team to ensure proper FG inventory in right mix
