It headquartered at Mumbai. It has manufacturing plants in Mumbai, Nasik and Baroda. It has 6 manufacturing units, 10 outsourcing units for Tubes, Tyres and Flaps.

Job Profile :-

New Toolings Design and Management across all the plants as per the requirements at targeted QCDS and to inspect Repeat order moulds and accessories as per drawings to check the conformance.

Key Responsibilities :-

GENERAL-

- On job experience in Tooling Design, Tooling and Mould Inspection, 2D Drafting and 3D Modeling.

- To carry-out Tooling design (Drum, Preformer, Steelelastic Uniformity Rim, Run out RIM, PCI RIM etc) as per requirement of new product with adherenceto New product design/development schedule.

- Responsible for upkeep and Management of Tooling Drawings.

- Mould & accessories inspection & approval

- To continuously capture Knowledge / learning's into KM System

- Responsible for Tooling vendor development and new vendor approval.

- Responsible for carrying out Tooling design changes.

- Design skill enhancement of the team to carry out projects seamlessly
