Manager Projects Utility

Location : Kharagpur

Experience : 15 to 20 Years

Must-Have :

- Experience in plant utility & compliance

- Experience in SAP

- Experience in Safety & Quality Compliance

- Experience in MS Project

- Experience in Vendor Management

The objective of the role :

- Project manager with exposure in utility. 

- Should have exposure in statutory compliance for fire NOC, Boiler and boiler piping certification, and approval of plant layout by Factory Inspector and Director of factories.

Key Performance Indicators :

- 100% safety compliance

- 100% Quality compliance (QAP, Erection protocols, WPS/PQR)

- Engineering co-ordination for basic and detailed engineering

- To maintain project timeline (Construction planning, Execution)

- Cost-effectiveness ( Resource optimization, Cost saving)

Job Specifics :

- Should be resourceful and perfect job executer. Minimum 10-15 years of exposure in the utility functions of steel and power plants.

Qualifications (competencies & knowledge needed to fulfill the position) :

- BE Mechanical from a college of repute with 15 to 20 years of experience in plant utility, Project execution and statutory compliance of plant utility.

Mandatory (MUST) :

- Conversant with Negotiations and Vendor management skills

- SAP Knowledge

Professional Experience :

- Plant utility and compliance

- Construction management

- Cost estimation

- Planning and billing

- Safety and Quality

Mandatory (MUST) :

- Safety Compliance

- Good Presentation skill

- Working knowledge of MS Project
