Job Profile:
- Lead the role of vehicle integration of Construction Equipment
- Innovate, create concepts and 3D models for various aggregates of the vehicle
- Interact with suppliers for proprietary parts selection and development
- Prepare DVP, test and validate the vehicle
- Prepare Engineering Change Notes and Bill of Material
- Resolve zero hours and field failures
- Reduce the cost through adding Value Engineering ideas
- Lead a team of Engineers
Qualifying Criteria:
- Should have previous experience in construction equipment
- Should be ME/MTech/BE/BTech. in Mechanical Engineering
- Should have experience of 8 to 12 Years in designing & developing construction equipment aggregates
- Should have knowledge and work experience of Engine, Transmission & Hydraulic aggregates selection and their application
- Should have knowledge and work experience of designing structural and Hydraulic parts, FEA; Static & Dynamic analysis
- Should have knowledge and work experience of designing operator cabin, cabin controls and HVAC systems
- Should have good knowledge and working experience on 3D modelling & creating parts & drawings on Creo/ProE CAD software
- Should have good knowledge of problem resolving processes
- Should be a good team leader
