Manager - Vendor Management & BOQ (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Exposure in handling vendors
- Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
- Candidate must be fluent in English
- Building selection and terms negotiation: Will be responsible for determining customer market needs, growing selection across sub-categories, managing vendor partners, optimizing vendor terms and getting support for marketing campaigns.
- Quantity estimation and BOQ preparation internal as well as an external consultant as per the drawings along with the Rate Analysis.
- Total Cost estimate preparation.
- Preparing budgets & getting it approved from the management, Co-ordination with purchase & contract department for Timely Delivery
- To verify various bills like consultancy charges for consultants of the projects, RA bills for Vendors/Contractors
- Tracking the closure of Purchase order/Work order and getting the same formally closed post completion of work
- Finalise the BOQ & rate analysis with senior
- To make the entry of BOQ, work orders in ERP system
Additional Information :
- Vendor handling experience of 4+ years

- The candidate must be from Interior Designing Companies or architect.
Qualification : Graduate
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
