Manager - Warehouse Operations - FoodTech eCommerce (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing WH operation (mid-sized team) and handling inward/storage/dispatch operations.
- Ensuring all processes are followed and timely execution of dispatch.
- Inventory planning, vehicle route planning, vehicle scheduling, throughput planning, storage planning.
- Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Meeting regularly with delivery associates (DAs) to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
- Conduct daily team huddle - Shift wise-, work with the team to ensure high motivation
Skills & Attitude :
- Good understanding of warehousing operations
- Team handling experience
- Basics : MS Excel, Good communication skills, understanding of Zomato culture and willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Work Experience : 2-3 Years of in the areas of Supply Chain/Procurement/Logistics/Warehousing Operations.
