Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced Quality Managers to join our team - one each for our CRGO and Transformer divisions. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within their respective departments.

Key Responsibilities:

For CRGO:

- Oversee the quality assurance process for CRGO lamination core production.

- Monitor incoming material quality and manage vendor quality audits.

- Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards for CRGO materials.

- Lead failure analysis and implement root cause corrective actions (RCCA).

- Coordinate with design and production teams for quality improvements.

For Transformer:

- Lead the quality control and assurance function in the transformer manufacturing line.

- Develop and implement QA/QC systems for power and distribution transformers.

- Manage testing processes including routine, type, and special tests as per IS/IEC standards.

- Handle internal and external audits and client inspections.

- Drive defect analysis, CAPA, and improvement projects across departments.

Desired Profile:

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

- Experience: 10- 18 years in Quality Assurance/Control roles in CRGO or Transformer manufacturing

- Strong knowledge of BIS, IS, and IEC standards

- Proficient in quality tools such as 7QC, FMEA, RCA, 5 Why, and Six Sigma (preferred)

- Experience in leading audits (internal, ISO, client) and handling quality certifications

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
