Manufacturing Engineer (2-9 yrs)

Essential Responsibilities :

Note : Only Female Candidates

1. Lead and effectively interface with cross functional teams from Design Engineering, Application Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier quality for strong Manufacturing process review at design & execution stage.

2. Manufacturability assessment of parts and assembly in NPI programs.

3. Review engineering specification & develop Manufacturing process for New product machining, Assembly, design of Tools & Fixtures.

4. Prepare Control Plans, PFMEA.

5. Optimize manufacturing processes utilizing Six Sigma, Lean methodology & Low-cost automation

6. Manufacturing process failure root cause analysis using 7 QC tools, 5 Why analysis & implement corrective actions.

7. Identify and resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to Methods, Processes, Tooling, Equipment.

8. Provide critical support to suppliers on machining process.

9. Estimate Standard cycle time on manufacturing process through Should costing technique.

10. De-bottleneck Machining, Assembly process, Tooling & Fixture constraints to meet customer delivery.

11. Tools & Fixture design using 2D drafting & 3D modelling tools like Auto cad & Solid works.

12. CAM programming for CNC program generation and simulation using Solid CAM

13. Process Capability study, First Part Qualification process.

14. Train Operators in Machine shop & Assembly line for manufacturing best practices to improve their Skills.

15. Active support to drive EHS programs in shop floor.

16. Highest Level of Personal Integrity, Safety Mindset.

17. Strong Oral and written communication skills, Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
