Manufacturing Engineer - Chiller (12-15 yrs)
Job Title : Manager - Manufacturing Engineering
Department : Manufacturing - Saswad
Reporting to : AVP manufacturing & Supply Chain
Qualification : BE (Mech/Production/Industrial), MBA (Operations) will be an added advantage
Total Experience required :
- Previous: 12-15 Years in similar profile in project based manufacturing industry, Experience in Chillers Industry will be preferred.
- Additional course on Digitization, IOT, AI, Robotics will be additional advantage
- Should have knowledge or implementation experience in 5S, Kaizens, Lean, MOST, Toyota Production system, Quality circle etc.
Critical areas of responsibility :
- Process documents readiness
- Follow APQP process and PPAP document preparation with customer specific requirements.
- Process and machine capability monitoring and improvement plans.
- Machine programming and troubleshooting
- Process designing, Tool and Gauge designing for new and existing product and process.
- New product feasibility study and define input to output requirements with associated risks.
- Capacity Demand study and plan for capacity improvements by OEE improvements.
- Process validation and data capturing with improvement plans.
- Support in PPM reduction.
- Leading team to achieve the departments AOP targets.
- Support operations in achieving Quality, cost, delivery (QCD) objectives during production.
- Manage productivity workshops and participate to continuous improvement processes in plant
- Training required to produce high-quality products
