Manufacturing Engineer Trainee

- Assists in various manufacturing processes, learning to optimize production, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Work under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Responsible for process monitoring, data analysis, and supporting the design and implementation of new equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be involved in the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing floor, learning how to monitor production, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

- Gather and analyze data related to production processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.

- Contribute to optimizing production lines, layouts, and workflows, potentially using tools like CAD software.

- Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to equipment, processes, or production delays, often under the supervision of senior engineers.

- Participate in the design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of production metrics and performance, as well as documenting engineering activities.

- Learn and adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards within the manufacturing environment.

- Work with other engineers, technicians, and staff, learning to collaborate effectively within a team.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE from NIT is required.

2. Proficiency in CAD software, data analysis, and understanding of manufacturing processes is essential.

3. The ability to identify and solve problems related to production is crucial.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed to work effectively with others.

5. The ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

6. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring quality standards requires attention to detail.

7. A strong desire to learn and grow within the manufacturing field is important
