We are seeking a high-impact Manufacturing Engineering Leader to drive world-class manufacturing excellence across global automotive operations. The role focuses on process optimization, digital manufacturing, cost competitiveness, quality improvement, and scalability, working closely with global plants, R&D, supply chain, and program management teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes across global plants

- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve productivity and OEE

- Implement advanced manufacturing techniques including automation, robotics, and smart factories

New Product & Program Launch :

- Support global NPI / NPD manufacturing readiness for new vehicle platforms and components

- Ensure seamless transfer from design to production with DFMEA, PFMEA, and APQP

- Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability

Cost, Quality & Delivery :

- Own manufacturing cost reduction initiatives and value engineering programs

- Improve first-time-right quality through robust process controls and root-cause analysis

- Ensure adherence to global automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO, VDA, etc.)

Digital & Data-Driven Manufacturing :

- Drive adoption of digital manufacturing systems, MES, analytics, and AI-driven process controls

- Use data insights to improve throughput, reduce downtime, and enhance decision-making

Leadership & Global Collaboration :

- Lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across regions

- Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Finance, and Program Management

- Develop manufacturing talent and build a continuous improvement culture

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive Engineering

Experience :

- 8- 15+ years in global automotive manufacturing engineering

- Experience with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers

- Strong exposure to multi-plant or global operations
