Manufacturing Engineering Leader - Industrial Product (10-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Leads the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.
- Leads by applying the knowledge or use of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Impacts the work by utilizing continuous improvement tools, following the standards, and leading the development of manufacturing standards and working methods.
- Leads the communications with and influences key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members.
- Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.
- Leads the advanced knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices as they are applied
- Maintains relationships and coaches key stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of Advance Mfg engineering techniques, like Value stream mapping, tools fixtures design, procurement. Work and Motion study, Plant capacity expansion, Legal knowledge of Plant Approvals, DISH/ MPCB etc
Desired candidate Profile Snapshot:
- Should have handled Mfg. Engg function of Mid-size mfg. plant, should have knowledge of Projects and Maintenance.
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
- Responsible for leading Mfg Engg, Maintenance and Project activities of plant
