Must to have :
- B.E./ B.Tech (Any Engineering) from renowned Institutions.
- Strong experience of Lean, VSM, OEE, RCA, 7QC tools, Visual Management, SMED, FMEA, Six Sigma/SPC/SQC/CP/CPK/DFSS, Change Management - (Shopfloor - working with Workers Facilitation), Training - Team facilitating Training(TFT) & Train The Trainer (TTT).
Job Responsibilities :
- You will drive lean manufacturing efforts, process improvements, regulatory compliance & quality improvement projects, cost reduction efforts, capacity planning, organizational development and supply chain initiatives.
- Lead and Coach Engineering Team
- Assesses manufacturing challenges & coach team to find efficient solutions
- Asses cost improvement ideas and implement innovative solutions for our processes and ongoing production
- Your working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes will be useful as you lead the site activities to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop and execute a plan to achieve them in a cost-effective and timely manner.
