Manufacturing Manager - Chemical Industry (12-15 yrs)
Role : Manufacturing Manager - Chemical Industry
- 12-15 years of hands on experience in handling Production, Quality Control and Maintenance out of which minimum 3 years as Manager (production) in chemical process industry, preferably MNC
- Ability to independently manage Production and Maintenance of multiple process plants
- Experience in batch and continuous processes
- Preferable 3-4 years exposure to Process Engineering or Technical services or Projects.
- Experience of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing projects
- Strong knowledge on EHS rules, regulations and systems
- Preferably experience as MR of ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and BS18001.,ISO 50001
- Knowledge of SAP PP,MM,PM
- Knowledge of Autocad
- Knowledge of Working in Precious Metal processing will be an added advantage
- Complete responsibility of management of Production and Maintenance activities in all the Plants at the site.
- Ensure production as per customer requirements of quality products in timely fashion.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the plant and targeted up time.
- Responsibility for Training & Development of all Production and maintenance personnel at all levels.
- Coordinate with Sales, Quality, R&D, Materials department for ensuring smooth achievement of business objectives.
- Initiate and implement plant improvement projects for quality, cost, productivity and safety.
- Trouble shooting and De-bottlenecking of plant problems.
- Approve production schedules as per the sales plan and effectively implement Production Planning and Control model to achieve the production output.
- Approve the Operating procedures and any changes in operating procedures
