Operations Planning & Excellence ( Projects )

- Guide the team for commercial scale production of new products / manufacturing changes related to new SKUs.

- Lead a team of Engineers to plan and prioritize production activities based on Monthly Production Plan.

- Working with Marketing, R&D and Sourcing team to prepare operation strategy for noncommercial of product portfolio in India.

- Operations planning for New Product Commercialization.

- Drive and implemented six sigma cost savings projects such as yield improvement from 75 % to 95%, raw material localization, changes in Bill of Material, OPEX reduction and productivity improvement.

- Demonstrated competencies in using six sigma tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, ANOVA, t-test, Cpk Analysis for process improvement, control and standardization.

- Monitoring and improving operational metrics such as Overall equipment efficiency (OEE), Yield, Productivity and COPQ.

- Manufacturing Excellence for 6-Sigma projects (localization & commercialization)

- Perform Value Stream Mapping to identify and improve bottleneck operations.

- Forecasting unit cost and P&L Statements of different products using sales volume and OPEX projection
