Manufacturing Process Engineer (5-12 yrs)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize and improve production processes for efficiency, quality, and safety. The role involves analyzing workflows, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and supporting new product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production data to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Lead process validation, equipment selection, and layout planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in process engineering or industrial manufacturing.
- Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, and CAD tools.
