Manufacturing Specialist - Production - Consumer Durables (4-5 yrs)
Role Responsibilities :
- Ensure No Safety incidents and accidents in Shop floor.
- Responsible for Daily production activities as per the Production Plan
- Very dynamic production Planning required to meet the Daily Plan.
- Ensure the daily production targets are achieved with desired Quality.
- Ensure the Manpower deployment on lines and deliver the Output as per the requirement.
- Understanding of Standard Work concept, Lean methodology and following Single Piece flow Methodology.
- Responsible for OEE and improve Line Efficiency.
- Efficient knowledge in Line balancing and masking Operators to utilize the Manpower.
- Training of all the Production Operators regarding Safety, Quality and Productivity.
- Drive the Productivity Projects and create a funnel to save the Manpower on lines.
- Ensuring the Rejections % as well as Productivity as achieved as per the Target.
- Collaboration with CFT members to close the chronic issues on shop floor.
- Effective Utilization of resources.
- Knowledge of Problem-solving tools, TQM and Knowledge of 7QC tools.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance.
