Education :
1) B.Tech/B.E./Diploma from CIPET/Tool & Die maker from DITE(TRTC), CITD, CTTC etc.
2) B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering
Level : Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager
Job Role :
- Forming Simulation (CAE) of sheet metal parts
- Independently handling Simulation (CAE) of Skin panel / A-class panels, Vendor parts or High tensile parts
- Co-ordinating with R&D (or customer) for incorporation of all feedbacks
- Able to prepare Die Planning sheet / Process Plan
Job Responsibility :
- Capability to do CAE for BIW (Skin panels, inner panels & high tensile parts)
- Spring back analysis and its countermeasures
- Checking manufacturing feasibility of sheet metal parts
- Foresee the panel defects & able to give suggestions in CAE stage
Competencies/Skills :
Functional/Technical :
- Knowledge of softwares - UG NX, Autoform, Pamstamp, etc.
- Understanding of Die Trials & Panel Proving
- Basic knowledge of Yield improvement techniques
