Job Description :
1. Planning and coordination of quality improvement activities and skill development
2. Understand concern areas reported in trial stages and identify areas of inspection (thru 3D Scanning like ATOS/FARO scanners)
3. Conduct regular meeting with PE teams based on 3D Scanning Analysis report
4. Coordinate with various departments for discussions and issues resolutions (CFT Formation)
5. Track Accuracy and Quality issues during New Model Development
6. Monitoring of pending issues and ensuring closure within time frame
7. Shop-support to resolve running production quality issues
Competencies / Skills :
1. Ability to perform and understand quality measurements (Panel Checker/Body Checker/CMM/3D Scanning)
2. Ability to analyze quality measurement reports and suggest countermeasures.
3. Detailed understanding of QC Tools.
4. Basic understanding of Vehicle Plant operations
5. Detailed understanding of Weld Shop Operations (Process, Jig Planning, Body Accuracy and corrections Concepts)
6. New Model Trial - Quality Improvement activities
7. Good Communication & presentation skills, Networking Skills, Creativity, Learnability and team player.
