Job Title: Electronics Production Engineer

Reporting To :Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Regularly update electronics production orders in SAP

- Maintain accurate records of electronic components and BOM in both SAP and Excel

- Coordinate with relevant teams to provide packing lists, labels, pick lists, and product codes

- Prepare job completion reports and bills for fabricators or assembly teams

- Coordinate with the Purchase team for timely procurement of electronic parts and PCBs

- Maintain and update production-related tracking sheets and component consumption records

- Ensure timely completion and delivery of electronic products as per sales or project orders

- Promptly address delays or issues related to component shortages or process breakdowns

Skills

- Technical knowledge of electronic manufacturing and component assembly

- Proficiency in SAP for production planning and inventory tracking

- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, tracking sheets)

- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Performance Criteria / KPIs

- Achieving daily/weekly production targets

- On-time delivery of electronics assemblies/products as per schedule

- Timely reporting of material shortages to the purchase team

- Adherence to 5S and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards in the production area.
