Job Title: ITI Electrician - EV Charger Assembly

- We are looking for a skilled and motivated ITI-certified Electrician to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with electrical systems and a working knowledge of power electronics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assembly & Manufacturing

- Assemble EV chargers as per technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

- Mount and connect internal components such as PCBs, relays, contactors, and power modules.

- Perform cable harnessing, wiring, and secure internal routing.

2. Testing & Quality Control

- Conduct functional tests using tools such as multi-meter and load simulators.

- Verify communication protocols and charging operations.

- Record test results and assist in maintaining quality documentation.

3. Circuit Debugging & Troubleshooting

- Identify and diagnose faults using diagnostic tools like multi-meter and oscilloscopes.

- Repair or replace faulty components as per findings.

- Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and suggest corrective actions.

4. Installation & Commissioning

- Install EV chargers at customer sites following electrical safety standards.

- Connect AC and DC lines, verify grounding, and configure settings.

- Conduct final site testing and assist in client handover.

Required Qualification

Education & Certification

- ITI Electrician (NCVT/SCVT certified) - Mandatory

Additional certifications in power electronics or EV technology - Preferred

Technical Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical assembly or field service

- Solid understanding of AC/DC circuits and power electronics

- Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and technical manuals

- Proficient in using electrical tools, multi-meter, and testing equipme

Physical & Functional Skills

- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

- Good manual dexterity for accurate and careful assembly work

- Willingness to travel for onsite installation and service

Preferred Experience

- Experience with EV charging systems, battery-powered equipment, or power conversion systems

- Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
