Material Manager - Life Science/Pharma Industry (7-10 yrs)

Qualification :
- Science graduate / Engineering graduate or post graduate / (Management studies if done will be preferred)
Experience :
- Minimum 7 - 10 years as Manager in similar sized pharma / life sciences industry Age : 30 - 45 years
Skills :
- Analytial abilities, Purchase planning Decision making Hands on with SAP ERP system Highly conversant with MS office ( especially spreadsheets, Logical formulae )
- Highly Conversant with Quality Management system requirements and regulatory requirements. English communication dealing with foreign vendors. Working knowledge of customs and drug regulation and other Tax laws.
Job Profile : Maintenance of vendor database Finding out alternate vendors Carrying out Vendor audits Finding out alternate materials Monitoring of impact of input materials on total supply chain and proactive actions in coordination with other departments - Warehouses (Quarantine, input materials, Finished products, trading products) management Can accept challenges for cost reduction and cost optimisation Inventory analysis and challenges related to inventory reduction
