McDonald's - Deputy Manager/Manager - MEP (4-8 yrs)
Job Summary : This role will be responsible for handling MEP work at required standards, work closely with external design agencies and ensure that the work/projects are completed as per the set timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Understands and implements the strategy plan.
2. Supports the Execution team on meeting quarter-on-quarter plan.
3. Ensures QC & T standards for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), Gas Bank, Water Filtration & Security systems
4. Manages detailed design for the above mentioned services through external resources
5. Manages and controls energy consumption through efficient design.
6. Prepares & recommends the standard budget for all services based on current McDonald's standards and specification.
7. Prepares ad presents rate contract on an annual basis for MEP services
8. Identifies and builds a network of consultant for MEP for the market
9. Designs and presents a training programme for execution team on MEP
10. Ensures EVA of Capex and Store Energy consumption is within +/-5 %.
11. Prepares a detailed design document for post execution analysis.
12. Is expected to continuously innovate to deliver energy & cost efficient services designs
Mandatory : Bachelors - Mechanical
Preferred Experience : Minimum of 3+ years in managing MEP design.
