ME Cost Manager (7-11 yrs)
We are hiring for ME cost Manager on urgent basis :
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets during pre-contract and post-contract phases.
- Conduct feasibility studies, life cycle cost analyses, and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pricing schedules.
- Analyze contractor and supplier bids for cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor assess cost variations, and implement cost control measures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to provide cost-related insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular cost reports and forecasts to senior management and clients.
Skills:-
Ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed cost-related decisions.
- Clearly convey budget details, estimates, and financial risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy in cost estimations, reporting, and contract evaluations to avoid costly errors.
- Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and variations with vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Work seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align cost goals with project objectives.
