Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Mechanical Fresher to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a BE, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field who is eager to apply their foundational knowledge in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will be trained in various aspects of our operations, from machine operation to quality control, to become a valuable member of our production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of machinery, which may include CNC machines, conventional lathes, or other specialized equipment.
- Support the production process by preparing materials, setting up tools, and ensuring the smooth flow of work.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand part dimensions and tolerances.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and maintenance procedures for all equipment.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- BE, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting.
