Job Description : Mechanical Design Engineer
Experience requirements : 4-5 years of experience in Mechanical design preferably from
- Automobile or Construction Equipment OEM Industry.
Knowledge/Educational requirements :
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/M. Tech.
- Knowledge and requirements
1. Hands on Experience on Pro-e Creo/ Wildfire.
2. Strong Knowledge on Mechanical design.
3. Knowledge on Sheet metal Design.
4. Ability to understand/produce technical drawings.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Effective problem solving capabilities.
7. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Job Description :
- Carries out detailed mechanical design work including 3D modelling, design verification testing, as required. Agreeing the mechanical design approach with the Engineering Manager and Cross Functional team.
- Responsible for the specification compliance of designs
- Calculations of Mechanical Elements.
- Keeps up to date with the latest manufacturing techniques and drawing standards
- Responsible for preparing and presenting mechanical designs at design reviews
- Generating minutes from Design Reviews
- Responsible for creation of 2D drawings and release for Manufacturing.
- Responsible for generation of Assembly drawings and bills of materials
