Mechanical Design Engineer - Construction (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- The Engineer should able to design, develop, and review the concepts & creating the detail drawings for manufacturing related activities such as fixtures
- Good experience in fixtures & jigs designing like, machining fixtures, Inspection Fixture & Assembly fixtures.
- Good knowledge on mechanical clamping devices & locating devices.
- Knowledge on various machining operations
- Responsible for mechanical automation design.
- Experience in textile machine automation
- Must have knowledge in solid modelling and concept proving through simple methods.
- To generate Innovative Ideas & designs in Jigs and Fixtures.
- Exposure on designing and manufacturing of Jigs & Fixtures
- Basic process, cutting tools knowledge for design of Fixtures.
- Reverse Engineering for Automotive & Pumps parts
- Create model, release 2D drawing for Manufacturing and Fixture drawings.
- Candidates can able work on machine design with real time projects.
- Can able work on 3D Modelling real-time Design projects
- Can able to work on Part modeling Design, sheet metal, Assembly inspection & Drafting.
- Can able Learn in Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing process.
QUALIFICATION : BE/DIP MECH
EXPERIENCE : 1-5 YEARS
SALARY : 12000-20000
