Mechanical Design Engineer - Machine Manufacturing (5-15 yrs)
Qualifications / Skill sets :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Textile Engineering with 5 - 13 years of engineering design experience preferably in the field of mechanical/textile machine building industry
- Computer savvy with required proficiency in IT including Mechanical Software like CATIA, E-CAD, SAP, MS Office
- Proven work experience as Design Engineer. Prior experience in a European organisation or a multinational company is desired
- The candidate must have experience in a machine building environment. Textile Machineries / Industries experience will have weightage
- The candidate will have experience in determining time lines for development in advance and successfully delivered to budget and schedule.
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Self-motivated professional with systematic work style and pro-active approach toward work
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills with ability to connect with customers, internal/external stakeholders, service providers and co-workers at all management levels, Knowledge of Hindi / local regional language is essential
