- Responsible for the entire Design Process including initial concept, Design Approval, Application study, Design calculation and 3D modelling and Manufacturing drawing with GD&T.

- Responsible to design & development of different trailer products related to Automobile industry.

- Managed all phases of the design process for different types of trailers, components, parts, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning and tolerance

- Preparation of master layout, Performance prediction, Axle load calculation and spec sheet to response the RFQ received from customer

- Responsible to Prepare of Bill of Material (BOM) including part calculation for Costing purpose in ERP

- Selection of aggregates based on the performance calculations

- Creation structure design of Tipper Load Body and its components like Sub frame, long members, Cross members and its flitches, Stiffeners, Channels and Brackets

- Creation and modification of structure of load body design to achieve value engineering of existing Trailer Load Body.

- Should be deep knowledge of all types of trailer design along with Hydraulic modular trailer, Customize trailer.

Education & Experience:

- B.E. mechanical/ME experience in trailer manufacturing company will be added advantage

- (Standard Flatbed sidewall, skeletal trailers, Tip trailers, chassis carriers, car carriers, defence trailers, other special application trailers.)

- Minimum 4-6 years experience in Manufacturing Industry.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver design output on time.

- Proven experience and knowledge of design Software Auto-Cad, SoildEdge & Pro-E

- Coordination skills to work efficiently with different stakeholders.
