Mechanical Design Executive - Textile Machinery (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Excellent opportunity for mechanical Design Executive for
- Design and Development of New Products / Equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare mechanical calculations for gear box rating, motor power, V-pulley, Belt, bearing, axle and shaft, rollers, static analysis of structural frames, etc..
- Improve existing product by implementing latest technological products available in the market.
- Prepare technical specification of mechanical bought out items and technical evaluation of offers received. Prepare technical comparison.
- Prepare 3D model and drawings in SolidWorks and Auto-CAD. Release DCN and ECN.
- Prepare bill of material in ERP system.
- Support sales team for any technical question at pre-order and after order.
- Support purchase, quality, assembly team to resolve issues related to drawing, bill of material, technical details.
- B.E / M.E in Mechanical Engineering
- 6 - 8 years related work experience in design and development.
- Should have sound technical knowledge about strength of material, vibration, flow, pneumatics, hydraulics, lubrications, etc.
- Should be good in drawing reading and understanding of different symbols used in drawings.
- Should have good knowledge about welding symbols, welding process, inspection process.
- Should have hands on working experience in SolidWorks and Auto-CAD
