Mechanical Design Manager/Engineer/Checker (10-12 yrs)
QUALIFICATION:
- BE /ME (Mechanical) having 10-12 years of experience in pressure vessel for Oil & Gas design engineering industry.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Knowledge in core design of static equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns,,mounded bullets using PV Elite and Nozzle Pro software.
- Guiding draftsman for drawing and checking of detailed fabrication drawing
- Preparation of Technical delivery condition of all materials.
- Knowledge of all international code like ASME Sec VIII Div-1, Div-2, PD-5500, TEMA and other international Codes for design of pressure vessel.
- Knowledge of selection of material for different parts.
- Interacting with customer, Consultant and TPI during approval stage.
- Knowledge of all statutory government approval like PESO and IBR.
- Should have a good knowledge of ISO and U-stamp Audit and its requirement
- To be familiar with the testing and inspection requirements.
