Job Description :


- Designed lighting, power, and fire alarm layout for super store projects of USA.


- Sizing of different Receptacle under 208/120V Based on NEC Codes for the Power Plan.


- Preparation of drawings for multi-unit clients in accordance with client requirements, code requirements, engineering standards and site adjustments.

- Preparation of Mechanical drawings for building permit from the beginning stage till the submission Attending online meetings with Clients, Project heads and other Supervisors Documented and submitted LEED Projects.

- Provided Arc Flash, voltage drop, and load calculations.


- Review & Self QC of Design drawings on medium voltage and low voltage switchgear, motor control centers, generators, load banks, unit substations, and various pieces of equipment.

- Field verified conceptual Reports of all existing equipment to be relocated to new Super Stores. Calculated conductor voltage drop, lighting loads, and lighting panel sizes on site lighting for New Store Buildings in United States.

- Managed one line diagrams and panel schedules for the Renovation Retail Stores core and shell and tenant fit-out packages Provided and managed load calculations for over 13,00,000 SF of Super Store Buildings Calculated lighting various lighting layouts and coordinated with interior architects for United States Super Stores Field verified existing lighting conditions through Survey Photos Provided detailed point-by-point calculations per NEC recommendations

Production (30%) :


- Provide clear and concise graphic and written sketches, details, concepts, etc. as required to convey the design solutions for project specific needs, in order for the project management staff to maintain project schedules


- Determine the appropriate elements to be drafted in the production drawings, based on your knowledge and experience of the construction document process, architectural concepts and client's designs


- Perform and/or verify research and due diligence with all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for applicable codes respective to each project location


- Consult/coordinate with MEP and Structural engineering teams


- Verify accuracy of the project information and measurements through site visit or information gathered by others


- Provide direction to team members and other disciplines towards completion of the construction documents


- Must have good written and verbal communications skills


- Must demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

Technical Leadership (25%) :


- Provide mentoring to staff for their continued development and growth


- Evaluate technical skill development of team members and partner with appropriate resources for applying development plans and tools


- Serve as subject matter expert in your discipline within direct team

Project Workflow (10%)


- Coordinate with other disciplines within a project team and (when applicable) external resources for project requirements


- Communicate with the Lead architect and other disciplines on the status of your team's progress as it relates to scope of a project's timeline


- Utilize Online project management tool to enter information regarding status of the project deliverable.

Project Coordination (25%) :


- Collaborate with the Lead architect and other discipline leads within a production team regarding initial project scope for construction documents to ensure accuracy in meeting client specifications, criteria, building code requirements, budget, and timeframe


- Coordinate and collaborate with lead Architect throughout the project


- Communicate effectively with all associate team members to ensure understanding of responsibilities and accountabilities and provide assistance when needed on technical questions or issues


- Prepare the planning submittals, exhibits, building plan review applications, and building department response letters


- Make changes to bulletins and addendums

Internal leadership (10%) :


- Coordinate all architectural activities within an assigned team


- Review all designs and documents to ensure the assure highest standards of quality and accuracy by being accountable and responsible to the QA/QC process


- Experienced in delegating tasks through clear & concise communication to team members both verbally and graphically


- Ability to multi-task on various stages of projects while meeting specified deadlines on each project


- Experience in working with zoning review boards and/or architectural review boards


- Ability to guide and collaborate with project team members
