Job Description:
- Procurement planning (Actual Vs Budget)
- Responsible for all procurement end to end process for allotted projects
- Track advance payment
- Receive quotation from suppliers for comparison purpose
- Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records and updated price lists
- Closely co ordination with engineers/PM for smoothly & timely procurement process & delivery of materials at site
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers
- Direct and co ordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies
- New vendor development with vendor valuation
- manage operations involving resource planning, materials planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with the internal departments
