Urgent Hiring for Mechanical Engineer
Designation: Mechanical Eng/Sr. Engineer/AM
Experience: 3-5 yrs
Salary: 30k-40k
Qualification: Diploma/Degree (Mechanical)
Location: Delhi/NCR
Skills & Software Tools: Solid Works (2016-2008) for designing products and machines,
AUTO CAD, MS-Office 2007(Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for understanding customer inquiry, requirements before and after order.
2. Responsible for providing the solution for particular requirement with the best suitable solutions.
3. Responsible for providing the 2D- Layout including all details according to schedule.
4. Responsible for providing the all arrangements related to machines for maintain schedule.
5. Efficient application of design software Solidworks in Designing the Jigs - Fixture, machines, conveyors, line layouting, sheet metal panel works etc.
6. Attending customers meeting to sort out problems during internal trials as well as at customer end.
7. Responsible for improvements during trials, installation and commissioning of project
8. Making improvements in design after understanding customer's inputs and feedback and Analyze jig-fixture performance with Customer.
9. Responsible for providing the inspection drawings to the quality purpose and inspecting for various jigs, fixtures, gauges on CMM and also responsible to provide drawing GD&T norms, fits & tolerances depends on customers requirement.
