Responsibilities :
Planning & coordination for all mechanical maintenance activities of plant machinery, material handling equipment, fire hydrant system and facilities.
1. To ensure implementation of maintenance systems such as Preventive Maintenance, 5S, Kaizen implementation, and continuous improvement into practice in engineering department.
2. Be accountable for spare parts, repairs and consumable management to ensure minimum downtime of machines.
3. To manage and prioritize skilled manpower/technicians shift wise to handle day to day routine maintenance activities.
4. To ensure periodic technical trainings of technicians and workmen for their skill development.
5. Coordination with contractors and vendors for routine maintenance activities whenever required.
6. Maintain documentation related to breakdown reports, failure analysis related to breakdowns, equipment manuals and drawings.
7. To ensure safe work environment for all technicians and workmen working in engineering department.
8. To ensure compliance to all applicable safety and quality systems related of plant & engineering department.
Salary : INR 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
