Job Title: Senior Engineer - Engineering (Grade E2)

Location: Thane

Basic Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience

Role & Responsibilities

- Plan activities and resources for assigned engineering projects.

- Conduct site inspections of existing facilities and prepare GAP Analysis reports.

- Carry out Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for equipment and systems.

- Independently handle client technical queries/comments in line with regulatory guidelines.

- Travel to project sites as required.

- Develop and review engineering deliverables such as layouts, drawings, and BOQs.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Process, Utilities, Civil, HVAC, CQV) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

- Support project documentation in compliance with international GMP and statutory regulations.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of relevant local statutory compliance requirements.

- Proven experience in leading project teams and managing timelines.

- Sound understanding of Process and Utility equipment & systems.

- Working knowledge of International GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to develop Concept and Basic Engineering Drawings and interpret layouts.

- Preparation of URS, specifications, and BOQs for Utility Equipment and Piping systems.

- Understanding of standards, codes, and guidelines applicable to Utility Equipment and Clean Utility systems.

Equipment sizing calculations and MOC selection for Piping and Fittings.

- Development of treatment schemes for generation of clean utilities such as:

- Plant Steam, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Cooling Water, Chilled Water, Chilled Brine, Hot Water, etc.

- Sizing of clean utility systems based on peak loads and preparation of design documentation.
